IT is a little too brief. You need to be clearer on what you want to do.

(2) Your research references are not there. You need to have real research done on your target audience
(3)What about other company's website in the area of casual wear like Gap etc? You need to look at them as a reference for your site.
Please redo your proposal accordingly. Please look at the requirements that I sent to the whole class.
